Please indicate in the contact form :

the name of the serie (see Portfolio and/or Tribute).

the photo number in the serie, its description or its thumbnail.

the desired size (see Prints).

specific requests and desired options (see Finishing Options).

All special requests are subject to no additional cost for order processing. However, the cost of materials and handling may impact the basic print run price.

Delivery time.

Depending on demand, it is usually around twenty business days.

Cancellation.

As prints are ordered based on demand, cancellations are accepted no later than 48 hours after ordering.

Returns.

Returns are accepted no later than 15 days after receipt if the order does not comply with the quote.

Prints

Unless otherwise requested, prints are made on fine art photo paper with pigment ink.

They are available in sizes XS/S/M/L/XL and XXL for panoramas.

Each size depends on the size of the image file: an XS from a 6MB file will be different from an XS from a 25MB file.

A number of prints is defined for each size.

The standard distributions are: XS: 3-0 / S: 6-6 / M: 2-3 / L: 1-2 / XL: 0-1

A unique print in its size is indicated by its number + unique.

Unless otherwise noted in response to the order, the primary print format (XS) is 20x30cm, and from XL, both sides are longer than 1 meter.

All prints are homothetic to the file’s cropping. Their size may therefore vary significantly from standard photographic formats.

Prints are delivered flat or rolled, depending on their size.

Please note that fingers can mark or even damage photographic paper. We suggest using gloves when handling them.

Finishing options

Mounting on Dibond up to 6mm thick, depending on the print size.

American box with black or white aluminum frame and clip.

Certification

Each print is made under my responsibility. It is manually numbered and signed by myself after inspection.

Which makes it an original print and a work of art in the light of article 98A paragraph 7 of the French tax code.

Each photo is printed in 12 copies of all formats.

Please note that the price of a work is progressive: it increases as it is purchased. Once the 12 prints are sold out, the acquisition can only be made on the resale market.

Delivery

You will be notified of the artwork’s availability by text message or email.

You have the option of:

Pick it up directly at the studio: free
Delivery by myself. Travel costs (mileage + accommodation) plus a daily flat rate of €200 are charged.
Delivery by courier or carrier.

It includes:

The print.

The price of the work.

The right to its private enjoyment.

As the initiator of the creation, the artist retains copyright under French intellectual property law. The buyer’s right is therefore limited to private use, excluding all other rights of representation or reproduction. Authorization from the author is required to exploit these rights.

All costs are subject to a quote sent in response to the order.

The price of the print alone starts at €450 excluding VAT.

Payment is made upon acceptance of the quote by bank transfer or PayPal.

You will be notified of its receipt by SMS or email.

VAT

VAT applicable within the EU is 5.5%.

No VAT is charged in the case of a non-EU country.

Customs duties outside EU

Items shipped outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country as import charges. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import charges.
